Houston Community College, a U.S. higher education institution, needed to upgrade its conference rooms and campus facilities with interactive displays that were simple enough for anyone to use without technical support. The school also needed a flexible solution that could run a wide range of software and connect to multiple devices across different departments, while improving campus-to-campus conferencing for the Chancellor’s office. Newline Interactive was selected to help meet these needs with the TRUTOUCH series.

Newline Interactive implemented TRUTOUCH X Series Unified Collaboration Systems in the Chancellor’s office and TRUTOUCH FB Series interactive displays across campus. The result was a non-proprietary, easy-to-use platform that supported each department’s preferred software while improving communication and collaboration. The impact was broad: TRUTOUCH spread to the Chancellor’s office, Vice Chancellor’s office, Human Resources, Training, and IT, helping HR conduct interviews, enabling training classrooms, and making cross-campus communication much easier.
