Newline Interactive helped the Delhi Based Largest Shopping Center in India upgrade its boardroom collaboration experience. The customer needed a more interactive, modern UC solution for Board of Directors meetings, as projectors and traditional whiteboards were no longer sufficient. Their preferred setup also had compatibility issues with Mac devices, making the existing approach less practical for a BYOD environment.

Newline Interactive implemented a TRUTOUCH 86” display (TT-8616UB) with TRUCAST 3, TRUSHARE, and Polycom VC to create a seamless interactive meeting space. The solution enabled wireless presenting, annotation, image mapping, printing, emailing, and one-touch videoconferencing, while supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. As a result, meetings became easier to start, more flexible, and more engaging, with reduced cable clutter and improved team productivity.
