BNI Vietnam, a corporate business association in Ho Chi Minh City, needed a better way to support meetings, training sessions, and events. Their aging projector and interactive whiteboard setup was expensive to maintain, cluttered with cables, and difficult for IT to troubleshoot, while poor projector brightness often forced the lights off during presentations. Newline Interactive’s VN Series interactive display was selected as an all-in-one collaboration solution.

Newline Interactive implemented the VN Series in 65" and 75" models, adding wireless casting, a built-in whiteboard, annotation tools, and support for video conferencing with an external camera. The brighter, optical-bonded display eliminated the need to darken rooms and reduced maintenance by replacing multiple devices with one integrated system. As a result, BNI reported smoother events, more engaging presentations, and faster, more efficient meetings and training sessions.
