tp bennett, a century-old London-based architectural practice with international offices, was struggling with overflowing inboxes, hard-to-find project information buried in emails and attachments, and a client request for ready access to project data. Existing tools like Outlook Public Folders and basic archiving failed to meet their needs for filing, attachment association, secure large-file transfer, auditability and searchable archives.

They implemented Newforma Project Center, whose email filing, attachment recognition, Info Exchange file-transfer, Google-like search and integrated tools (Viewer, Markup, Snapshot, Action Items) centralized project information and made large-file sharing auditable and simple. As a result, project email is easy to file and share across teams, archived data is searchable, client access requirements are met, and staff have reclaimed time for design, faster client responses and better collaboration.
