HOK is a global architecture and design firm (1500+ employees, founded 1955) with a regional office in Dubai, delivering architecture, engineering, interior and landscape design, and more. On the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) project, a team of 750 architects, engineers and consultants across 12 time zones struggled to manage milestones, coordinate information and mitigate the risks inherent in a large, complex, distributed project.

HOK adopted Newforma Project Center—including Newforma Info Exchange and integrated Markup—to centralize project information and streamline collaboration.
