Newforma implemented Project Center with Info Exchange, allowing Evergreen Engineering to securely share files with encrypted transfers and a full audit trail of downloads. The Newforma Outlook add-in also made it easy to file emails directly to projects and search them later, improving organization and access to information. As a result, Evergreen Engineering replaced FTP, strengthened client data security, and gave its 60+ users a more efficient, consistent way to manage project communications.
