Architecttura, a multidisciplinary practice in Windsor, Ontario, led the design and delivery of the 14‑acre St. Clair College Sports Park—a 1,500‑seat football/soccer stadium, a softball stadium, and a 37,350 sf indoor tennis facility. As a small firm with staff wearing many hats, Architecttura struggled to coordinate design, construction documents and administration across 40 team members while managing 16,260 emails and roughly 39,000 project files; they needed a single, shared system to keep all project records accessible and organized.

The firm implemented Newforma Project Center to centralize emails and project information, replace multiple tools (including Citrix ShareFile) with Info Exchange for large file sharing, and use customizable form letters to speed routine communications.
