NewDealDesign created Serve, a socially aware robot with an approachable intelligence and distinct animated character. The solution included a variety of vinyl skins to help the robot blend into different neighborhoods and featured a touchscreen for customer interaction. The vendor's work involved fast and pragmatic product development, where engineering and industrial design worked hand-in-hand to bring the design intent to life, resulting in a functional and culturally relevant delivery rover.
