Stade Toulousain Drives Player And Sponsor Engagement With Newsbridge Cloud Media Hub

Stade Toulousain, the iconic French rugby club, needed a better way to centralize and organize tens of thousands of photos from matches, training sessions, and off-field events. The club wanted an AI-powered, cloud-based media asset management solution to help internal teams, players, sponsors, and the press quickly find, download, and share the content they needed. Newbridge, now known as Moments Lab, provided the Media Hub platform used in this case study.

Newbridge implemented a cloud Media Hub with multimodal AI to automatically index content using face detection and logo detection, then sort assets into smart Collections for players, departments, sponsors, and media teams. The solution also enabled players to access personalized photo collections through a mobile app and share content directly to social media. Stade Toulousain reported major time savings and easier content sharing, with measurable impact including 89 users, 16,820 photos uploaded by June 2022, AI trained to detect 10–20 sponsor logos, and facial recognition for 77 players and staff.
