BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort, a family-run holiday park in Airlie Beach QLD, wanted to boost bookings, simplify operations and grow revenue while continuing to invest in new facilities. To achieve this they partnered with NewBook International, Inc., adopting NewBook’s property management system, in‑built channel manager and direct booking engine to centralise distribution and operations.

NewBook International, Inc. implemented its PMS, channel manager, direct booking engine, occupancy forecasting/reporting and dynamic pricing, which automated rate decisions and maximised exposure across OTAs. The results were strong: a 44% increase in gross revenue, 14% higher spend per site, 12% growth in occupied nights over 12 months, a 3.5% lift in mid‑week occupancy, installation of eight new deluxe cabins and award recognition (Trailblazer Award 2019).
