A New Wave Case Study
EOE Energy, an Alberta-based industrial group comprising three distinct divisions (Energy, Solutions, and Controls), faced a significant branding and operational challenge. Their outdated, single identity and cluttered website caused customer confusion, with calls and RFQs routinely misdirected. They needed a clear identity system and dedicated websites to properly represent their three-pillar structure. They engaged the vendor, New Wave, for branding and web design services to address this.
New Wave developed a unified three-brand architecture under a single parent mark, giving each division a distinct yet cohesive identity. They delivered three purpose-built websites (eoeenergy.ca, eoesolutions.ca, eoecontrols.ca) with a cross-navigation system that routes visitors correctly. The solution eliminated internal confusion, ensured RFQs reach the right teams, and allowed the company to present as a credible industrial group. Each division can now market its services effectively without diluting the overall brand strength.
