Teach For America, a national nonprofit supporting corps members and alumni across the country, needed a safer, more scalable email environment. Their aging Exchange 2007 setup and end-of-life archive solution were creating operational strain, and a prior outage made business continuity and reliability a top priority. They turned to New Signature for help with an Office 365 migration.

New Signature guided TFA through a careful pilot-and-migration approach using Exchange 2013 hybrid servers, detailed assessment, and a custom test environment to reduce risk and maintain service continuity. The result was a successful migration of 10.5 terabytes of data and 152 million emails to Office 365, completed on time and on budget with no major disruptions or data loss. TFA also reduced mail-related support tickets, eliminated the need to manage Exchange 2007, and gave staff easier access to email without VPN dependence.
