New Signature streamlines business processes for property & facilities management company, Bellrock

Bellrock, a property and facilities management company, wanted to replace paper-based rate card, job sheet, and invoicing processes with a scalable digital approach that could support growth while improving governance and reducing costs. They needed a solution that would streamline workflows for both their team and thousands of suppliers.

New Signature built Lens, a Microsoft-based system that let Bellrock’s suppliers submit costings and invoices through a paperless process. Delivered using an Agile/Scrum approach, the solution improved transparency, sped up feedback and turnaround times, centralized data for better management of labour and material costs, and helped save time and money for Bellrock, its suppliers, and ultimately its clients.
