A New Signature Case Study

New Signature elevates learning for New Mexico secondary education academies

Southwest Secondary Learning Centers (SSLC) and sister school Southwest Aeronautics, Mathematics, and Science Academy (SAMS) needed help modernizing their IT environment to better support cyber learning, student accessibility, and parent/teacher/student communication. Facing separate local Exchange servers, manual user management, and the need to meet Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) requirements, they turned to New Signature for Microsoft expertise and support.

New Signature migrated the schools to a shared Office 365 environment, automated student and staff onboarding/offboarding with custom PowerShell scripts, and built custom filtering and public folder restrictions to help secure data and enforce compliance. The result was faster administration, improved governance and online protection, and a reduction in manual work from hours to minutes, saving labor costs and reducing errors.
