HDR, Inc., an architectural, engineering, planning and consulting firm with more than 3,200 employees across 85+ offices, needed a better way to automate and standardize software deployments across its distributed network. The solution was easy for staff with varying technical skill levels to use, required minimal setup and little to no training, and supported scalability, tracking, and MSI compatibility. The impact was significant: HDR reduced a service pack deployment from about 44 minutes manually to roughly 8 minutes with Prism Deploy, saving an estimated $28,800 for one deployment and helping the company make updates during the workday without disrupting productivity.
