AAA Mid-Atlantic, one of the larger regional clubs in the AAA network, supports 2,600 employees across 90 offices and manages about 3,000 workstations and 250 servers. The IT team struggled with slow, costly and complex desktop/server management using Microsoft SMS, often resorting to sending technicians onsite for software upgrades and spending excessive time on training and maintenance.
