Case Study: YRGCARE improves patient identification and attendance with Neurotechnology’s NCheck

YRG CARE selected NCheck customized version for its patient management and day to day attendance activities

YRG CARE, a healthcare and AIDS research organization, faced the challenge of needing a scalable, multi-modal biometric system for patient identification and attendance tracking across seven study locations in India. They required a contactless solution that could handle various biometric modalities for a specific research project called StopC. They turned to Neurotechnology for a solution using their NCheck Bio Attendance product.

Neurotechnology implemented a customized, cloud-based version of NCheck that supported fingerprint, face, and iris recognition. This multi-modal capability proved especially valuable for enabling contactless operation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The solution increased operational efficiencies, reduced costs, and provided the management with easy, anytime access to comprehensive reports and data from all seven sites.
