The Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia, serving the world's fourth most populous nation, faced the immense challenge of creating a fast, accurate, and reliable biometric passport issuance system across its distributed geography of over 17,000 islands. They partnered with integrator X/LINK Software, which selected Neurotechnology's MegaMatcher multi-biometric technology as the core enrollment and identification engine for the project.

Neurotechnology's MegaMatcher provided a highly accurate and scalable solution for duplicate identification within Indonesia's large database. The implemented system efficiently processes applications from over 100 offices, rapidly enrolling applicants and identifying duplicate records.
