Working with Neudesic, Buffini implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a custom e‑commerce solution and Neuron ESB with prebuilt CRM and Great Plains adapters to provide real‑time integration and incremental SOA adoption. The integrated solution eliminated duplicate data entry, streamlined web order entry, added stability and scalability, and cut overall integration costs by at least 50%; Buffini anticipates $250K–$500K in first‑year savings and has already generated $1.7M from the new e‑commerce channel.
