The Minnesota Dental Association, a statewide professional membership organization representing more than 3,000 Minnesota-licensed dentists and dental students, needed to improve its online presence and modernize an out-of-date website platform. Neuger Communications Group was engaged for web development to streamline nearly 2,000 pages of content and to integrate the site with the American Dental Association’s member portal.
Neuger Communications Group delivered a refreshed content strategy, tailored homepage, navigation and members-only section based on user research, and coordinated technical integration with the ADA to ensure a seamless member experience. The new site increased overall traffic by 26% and page views by more than 43%, and has received positive feedback from members, the ADA and other state associations.
