Laura Baker Services Association (LBSA) provides housing, direct support staffing, family support and life-enriching activities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To boost employee recruiting and celebrate existing staff, LBSA partnered with Neuger Communications Group to produce a social-media video series (video production / digital & social engagement).

Neuger Communications Group worked with LBSA to clarify goals and messaging, developed interview questions, coordinated employee interviews, and combined that footage with existing staff photography. In post-production Neuger added closed-caption transcripts to ensure accessibility and improve mobile engagement; the resulting shareable video series supports recruiting and showcases direct support staff while increasing the chances of social-media engagement.
