Laura Baker Services Association (LBSA) is a longtime provider of housing and support services for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities that faced funding pressure from stagnant Medicaid reimbursements and a shifting legal landscape. Neuger Communications Group worked with LBSA to define and launch a thought‑leadership blog called In Community to educate and inspire community members to become advocates.
