San Francisco Museum of Modern Art saves hours of duplicate workflow time with NetX

The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) sought to push the envelope and streamline the duplicate workflows between its collections management system and its digital asset management system from NetX. The museum wanted to eliminate the manual process of updating images and data across the two separate platforms.

NetX worked with the CMS vendor, Keepthinking, to create a seamless API integration between the NetX DAM and the Qi CMS. This allowed Qi to automatically pull proxy images directly from NetX, with each system acting as the single source of truth for different metadata types. The solution saved the collections team a significant amount of time, creating a much smoother workflow that made everyone very happy.
