A NetX Case Study
The Renewal Workshop rescues discarded apparel and textiles from large brands, repairing and renewing garments within a zero-waste circular system that aims to keep a million pounds of clothing out of landfills by 2025. Working across multiple brand partners in an image-centric industry, the organization accumulated thousands of high-value photo assets that were scattered across Dropbox, Slack, and email, making them difficult to find, organize, and keep separate by brand.
By implementing NetX the team migrated and centralized thousands of images into folders and collections, applied tagging and labels, and set permissions so assets can be locked or shared only with the right people. The result is faster, more consistent access to marketing imagery for blogs, newsletters and campaigns, reduced chaos around asset sharing, and better reuse of visual content in line with the company’s circular mission.
