Hogan Assessments, a 30-year provider of personality assessment tools, needed a better way to distribute a growing, dynamic library of sales and marketing content to its network of distributors, partners, coaches, and consultants. After a decade on an outdated system, the team sought a digital asset management solution that would reflect the brand and make it easy for sellers to find and share materials.

They implemented NetX Portals to build the Hogan Hub, delivering a modern, branded interface with fast search, collections, and link-sharing that doesn’t require recipients to create accounts. Implementation was straightforward for non-IT staff, and adoption and utilization rose—Hogan now has about 1,400 active NetX accounts (nearly double the previous system), with faster onboarding and better seller productivity.
