Gresham, Smith and Partners, a national architectural, engineering and design firm with more than 16,000 digital assets and 850 employees, struggled with slow, project-number–only access to photos, drawings and documents stored on network folders. Needing an enterprise-class DAM that would integrate with Deltek Vision and Adobe Creative Suite, GS&P selected NetXposure, a web-based digital asset management solution, to solve its search, access and workflow problems.

NetXposure was deployed with a services-oriented architecture and Web Services to link the asset repository to Deltek Vision and Adobe tools, add metadata and auto-tagging, enable Active Directory single sign-on, and provide a customizable UI. As a result, NetXposure cut search time in half, streamlined collaboration and file conversion, improved the quality of proposals and marketing materials, and freed staff to focus on higher-value work.
