Solving Password Expiration Issues in a Windows 7 Environment

SilverStone Group, a full-service insurance firm with about 200 users across five offices, ran into a major support issue after upgrading to Windows 7: the OS no longer displayed password-expiration reminders. Users were getting locked out without warning, driving a surge in helpdesk tickets and hurting productivity and customer service.
