DAK Americas, a Charlotte-based manufacturer serving the western hemisphere with TPA, PET resins and polyester fibers, struggled with routine Active Directory password resets and expirations across its 1,000+ users. DAK Americas deployed NetWrix Password Manager and NetWrix Password Expiration Notifier to provide a web-based self-service reset/unlock portal (with challenge‑response verification) and automated expiration warning emails.
