Tandberg, a global telecom company that develops telepresence and videoconferencing solutions and supports about 700 users, adopted a remote-work "Going Green" model that left many employees working from home. That shift led to frequent password expirations, a surge in helpdesk tickets, increased downtime for remote users, and diverted IT resources from higher‑value projects.
To address this, Tandberg implemented NetWrix Password Expiration Notifier, which scans Active Directory and sends customizable advance email alerts to users (and summary reports to admins). The result: password-related support calls and downtime virtually disappeared, restoring productivity and allowing IT to focus on strategic work.
