The Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR), Croatia’s national development bank, needed better visibility and control over hundreds of thousands of files to protect millions of confidential customer records and meet strict audit and governance requirements. The tool delivered immediate results: routine data-gathering that once took three people 16 hours was reduced to 15 minutes, quarterly permission reports dropped from 10–15 hours to a one-click task, help desk response improved, permissions governance was strengthened, and overall IT workload on file-auditing tasks fell by a factor of five—while providing complete visibility into every change.
