A Network Perspective Case Study

Preview of the mBank Case Study

mBank Seamless peer-to-peer learning and mobility

mBank, a major Polish bank known for innovation, faced the challenge of facilitating peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing among its 8,000 employees. It was difficult for staff to quickly identify experts or find colleagues with specific experience, which was inefficient and costly. To address this, mBank implemented a solution from vendor Network Perspective.

Network Perspective used algorithms to automatically map employee expertise and experience by analyzing data on internal cooperation. This created searchable profiles and communities of practice, making experts visible. The results were significant, with over 22,000 skills documented within three months. This made finding information and the right people much faster, saved months of onboarding time for new managers, and integrated seamlessly into mBank’s training and mobility programs.
