A NetSupport Case Study
SUNY Orange County Community College, part of the SUNY system, needed a better way to control and manage student activity in its computer labs across campus. The college turned to NetSupport and its NetSupport School classroom management software to help instructors keep students focused during class time.
Using NetSupport School, NetSupport gave the college greater control over lab devices and helped ensure students stayed on task instead of straying to other activities. The result was improved classroom management and student engagement, and the college reported being very happy with the software and having no issues.
