A NetSupport Case Study
Mid Michigan Community College needed a better way to keep students focused in computer labs, where they were often going off task and browsing the web instead of following instruction. The college worked with NetSupport and used NetSupport School to improve control and visibility during computer-led classes.
With NetSupport School, instructors could monitor student activity from a central console, take control of any machine when needed, share screens, block unwanted access, and push files to student PCs. NetSupport says the software made computer-led instruction much more efficient, helped teachers keep students on task, and added long-term value through regular updates and flexibility across PC and mobile platforms.
