A NetSupport Case Study
L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, a growing multi-school trust and managed IT service provider, needed a way to centralise and standardise IT across 24 trust schools and 69 external schools with very different devices, systems, and ages of hardware. Reporting was difficult, safeguarding coverage had to work across multiple sites, and the team needed a solution that could support both internal and external schools efficiently. NetSupport DNA and NetSupport Notify were brought in to address these challenges.
NetSupport implemented DNA in the cloud on Azure using one central server, giving the Trust a unified platform for reporting, asset inventory, safeguarding, and classroom management across all schools. NetSupport Notify was split between trust and non-trust schools to keep communications appropriate, and it became part of daily emergency and evacuation procedures. The result was “everything all under one roof,” with simpler reporting, stronger safeguarding visibility for DSLs, daily monitoring of vulnerable students, and easier onboarding of new schools.
