Edmonds School District used NetSupport School to address two key needs in its high school CTE computer labs: classroom management for classes of up to 31 students and remote technical support across multiple locations. Teachers needed a way to monitor student computer use in real time and intervene quickly when inappropriate activity occurred.

NetSupport implemented NetSupport School across multiple CTE labs in five high school buildings, giving teachers screen monitoring and student blocking tools while also helping the district’s technician support classrooms remotely. Edmonds School District reported that NetSupport saved time and money, improved productivity and performance, and was a critical tool for maintaining classrooms.
