CallidusCloud Upgrades Its Global Business Operations to NetSuite

CallidusCloud, a software company in Pleasanton, Calif., faced an IT "patchwork" of nearly 14 disparate applications (including Microsoft Dynamics GP, Marketo and Neocase) that hindered real-time visibility, complicated revenue recognition and slowed merger-and-acquisition onboarding. To consolidate systems and establish a single source of truth, CallidusCloud selected vendor NetSuite OpenAir (alongside NetSuite OneWorld and related NetSuite solutions) to replace and unify its fragmented stack.

NetSuite OpenAir implemented NetSuite OneWorld and NetSuite OpenAir PSA, integrating ERP/financials and CRM and optimizing services for 100+ consultants. The deployment enabled 30–45 day onboarding of acquired entities, real-time global consolidation across seven subsidiaries, faster and more accurate multi-currency transactions across nearly 140 countries, streamlined revenue recognition, and a complete 360-degree view of customers and the business.
