Pharma Dynamics prescribes NETSTOCK as their Inventory health check

Pharma Dynamics, a Cape Town–based pharmaceutical manufacturer of generic medicines, was already using Netstock but not to its full extent. In March 2018 the company set a clear 12‑month goal to reduce inventory holding and committed to trusting Netstock’s inventory optimization solution (integrated with their SAP Business One ERP) to guide optimal stock levels.

By enabling Netstock to run at full capacity—after Accenture reviewed and validated the algorithms—Pharma Dynamics reduced inventory by more than R40 million in 12 months, cut stock-on-hand by 69 days, and maintained a near-perfect fill rate (from 100% to 99.63%, a 0.37% drop). Netstock’s dashboard and forecasting algorithms also helped predict out-of-stock risks and, together with its online training resources, sped user adoption and improved inventory visibility and control.
