OnSite Support, a UK-based distributor serving the construction industry with over 45 years’ experience and more than 6,000 stocked SKUs (plus 40,000 non‑stocked items), faced strained forecasting and inventory control while concurrently migrating to Microsoft Business Central. To avoid overwhelming users with two major changes at once, OnSite Support engaged Netstock’s inventory planning solution to run in parallel with their historic ERP so teams could learn the tool and validate forecast recommendations before the ERP cutover.

Netstock implemented a test instance and forecasting workflows, trained users, and helped tune forecasts and reports while enabling direct export of purchase orders into MS Business Central. As a result, Netstock’s solution delivered successful user adoption, a 25% reduction in excess inventory and an improvement in stocked-item fill rate from 87.9% to 96.4% (an 8% uplift), faster, more accurate purchase-order processing, and improved customer service levels.
