Western Power, a Western Australian government–owned electricity transmission and distribution company (Ellipse ERP), was experiencing frequent stock-outs and poor inventory visibility while relying on heavily customised Excel and Access extractions and macros. To address these issues, Western Power selected Netstock to meet its enterprise and data security requirements.

Netstock integrated with Western Power’s Ellipse ERP as a cloud-based inventory forecasting and replenishment solution, providing daily, fast and accurate visibility of real and potential stock-outs as well as surplus and excess stock. The Netstock implementation—completed remotely with online training—enabled proactive engagement with customers, reducing the impact on planned work and delivering noticeably faster, more accurate stock-shortage visibility.
