Bluesky Solutions improves fill rate by 30% with Netstock

Bluesky Solutions, a UK-based manufacturer of packaging and containers, was losing sales due to frequent stock-outs and was managing demand planning with error-prone Excel exports from Odoo ERP. Seasonality and more than 6,000 SKUs made forecasting difficult, so Bluesky Solutions engaged Netstock and integrated Netstock with their Odoo ERP to replace spreadsheets and centralize inventory planning.

Netstock delivered an inventory optimization solution (including the Supplier Performance module) that gave full inventory visibility, automated forecasts and ordering, and improved supplier collaboration. As a result, stock-outs fell from 13% to below 1%, customer fill rate rose from about 60% to 87–94% in under 12 months, planning time was reduced by about six hours per day, and excess inventory is being actively reduced — all enabled by Netstock.
