Case Study: CHUBB achieves stronger policyholder security and improved underwriting outcomes with NetSPI

A NetSPI Case Study

Preview of the CHUBB Case Study

Chubb partners with NetSPI to bring Attack Surface Management (ASM) to its policyholders

CHUBB, a global insurance company, partnered with NetSPI to bring Attack Surface Management (ASM) and related services to its policyholders. Facing the ongoing challenge of accurately assessing the cyber risk of insureds, CHUBB sought better visibility into vulnerabilities that could lead to claims and more reliable inputs for underwriting decisions.

NetSPI deployed its ASM platform alongside Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) and Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS), performing on‑demand penetration tests during underwriting and renewals. NetSPI’s assessments produced more accurate and complete findings tied to known exploited vulnerabilities, enabling CHUBB and its clients to remediate issues before they lead to claims, strengthen cyber resiliency, and improve underwriting outcomes while offering these services to policyholders at preferred rates.
