Vibrant Health, a powdered superfoods and wellness supplement brand, was dealing with a fragmented and inconsistent presence across Amazon, DTC, and social channels, which left shoppers with mixed messages and made it harder to stand out in a crowded market. Netrush redesigned Vibrant Health’s Amazon Brand Store and created a more unified omnichannel customer experience, while also highlighting the brand’s status as a black-owned business. The changes drove Brand Store sales from 2% to 7% of total brand sales, with traffic up 150%, sales up 235%, and conversion rate up 27%.
