Enzymedica, a Florida-based natural digestive health company, wanted to better support loyal customers across channels as shopping habits became more fragmented between Amazon and its own DTC site. To unify its digital strategy and avoid losing customers who shopped in multiple places, the company partnered with Netrush and looked to Amazon’s Buy with Prime service to improve the buying experience.

Netrush implemented Buy with Prime to give Enzymedica shoppers fast, reliable Prime shipping and easy payment whether they purchased on Enzymedica’s site or through Amazon. The change produced strong gains, including an 81% increase in new-to-brand consumers, a 10.6 percentage point rise in new-to-brand share, and a 34% lift in orders per visit, while new-to-brand customers grew faster than total customer growth after implementation.
