Inarca SpA, an Italian manufacturer of electrical connectors and terminals, faced significant challenges managing approximately 100 major projects and 2,500 tasks annually across seven departments using Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The standard resource planning modules lacked visualization, creating a lack of transparency into resource capacity and making scheduling inefficient and based on estimates. To address this, they turned to vendor NETRONIC for a solution.

NETRONIC implemented its Visual Jobs Scheduler (VJS), a tool fully integrated into the existing Dynamics NAV environment. The solution provided a visual planning board with drag-and-drop functionality, giving planners a clear, reliable overview of all projects and resources.
