Validation Software Overhaul Enhances User Experience, Doubles Revenue

OnShore Technology Group, a developer of validation software for FDA-regulated companies, sought to upgrade its flagship Validation Master™ application. They faced challenges with slow report generation and limited automation, and had previously experienced failures with other IT firms that lacked specific validation expertise. They engaged vendor Netrix Global for the project.

Netrix Global implemented new document creation and reporting components using the Windward tool, which dramatically improved the application's performance and user experience. As a direct result of these enhancements, OnShore Technology Group reported that its sales volume doubled, lead generation increased significantly, and the closing ratio for new business improved.
