Fleet Response, a provider of claims and accident management services for self-insured vehicle fleets, faced challenges with an aging and difficult-to-maintain client portal. Their internal development team was stretched thin, and their development culture lacked transparency, leading to budget and timeline issues. They partnered with vendor Netrix Global to rebuild the portal into a modern, scalable web application and to transform their internal IT processes.
