Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA), an automotive sales and distribution company, needed a better way to manage its growing, multi-vendor IT environment as it moved from frame relay to MPLS and expanded VoIP use across North America. The company wanted centralized visibility into networks, applications, flow, availability, and voice quality, and turned to Netreo for end-to-end network and IP telephony management.

Netreo implemented a centralized, agentless and clientless management platform that gave MMNA a single view across its infrastructure, with proactive alerting, logging, flow monitoring, web application monitoring, VMware oversight, and VoIP quality monitoring. The result was improved troubleshooting, better visibility into MPLS performance, and lower total cost of ownership without adding staff or physical servers; MMNA reported monitoring about 600 VoIP users continuously and gaining the cost benefits of MPLS while reducing performance and visibility issues.
