VCU Health, the academic medical center in Richmond, Virginia, faced the challenge of keeping 8,000+ employees across 25 sites informed and quickly alerted about safety procedures and urgent events. To address this, VCU Health deployed Netpresenter software, using interactive screensavers on 7,000 PCs (including Computers On Wheels) to make safety top of mind across the organization.

The implementation boosted safety awareness and engagement, is widely adopted (about six to ten content requests per week), and requires minimal administration (roughly three hours in a busy week), delivering measurable impact across VCU Health’s sites.
