A Netpresenter Case Study

Preview of the United States Government Printing Office Case Study

United States Government Printing Office boosts employee communication with Netpresenter, lifting training enrollments 20 to 40%

The United States Government Printing Office (GPO) faced a challenge in keeping its 2,400 employees, including both white and blue-collar staff across multiple locations, equally well-informed. They also sought to make their workforce feel more recognized for their contributions. To address this, they implemented Netpresenter software in 2008.

Netpresenter provided a solution by broadcasting content on 50 wall-mounted monitors and pushing it to all agency desktop screensavers and kiosks. This implementation resulted in 57 percent of employees feeling communication had improved a great deal and helped staff feel more recognized. A measurable impact was a 20 to 40 percent increase in training course enrollments following Netpresenter exposure.
