AMBER Alert needed a scalable, real-time way to mobilize the public and law enforcement across Europe to find missing children. Netpresenter provided that capability by adapting its communication and alerting software to create the AMBER Alert platform, designed to instantly push photos and case details to a wide range of public channels.

Netpresenter built and rolled out the European AMBER Alert platform, integrating with thousands of partner systems to display alerts on highway signs, apps, websites, ATMs and more; the solution reaches some 12 million Dutch citizens (nearly 90% of the population) and over 15 million across Europe. Since 2008 the platform has been used 1,000+ times, achieving a 94% recovery rate, with Netpresenter dedicating 20% of its time and resources to the effort.
